Event Overview
On Day Two (Oct. 9), participants who complete and submit the designated questionnaire at the event venue, and whose responses meet the specified participation criteria, will be eligible for one entry into the prize draw for the Grand Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, and Fourth Prize, as well as a separate entry for the Small Gift Lucky Draw. Each participant is limited to one entry per prize category (Grand through Fourth Prizes and Small Gift).
Eligibility

Participants attending HHTD24 on October 9, 2024, at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center (Hall 1, 4th Floor), who complete and submit the designated questionnaire on-site, and whose questionnaire results meet the required standards, will qualify for one lucky draw entry. Each participant is allowed only one entry, and the questionnaire must be completed on-site and cannot be resubmitted in any way.•
Participants must be at least 12 years old to enter.•
The Small Gift Lucky Draw is open to all eligible participants. Each participant may enter the Small Gift Lucky Draw only once and must comply with all instructions and rules provided by the event staff.•
The Grand Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize, and 4th Prize are limited to individuals residing in Taiwan.Winner Announcement

The winners of the Grand Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, and Fourth Prize will be drawn and publicly announced at 16:30 on October 9, 2024, at the HHTD24 event venue.•
The Small Gift Lucky Draw begins at 12:00 on Oct. 9 outside the entrance M on the 4th floor. Gifts can be redeemed on-site.Lucky Draw and Prize Collection Procedures

The organizer is solely responsible for the lucky draw, notification of winners, and prize collection arrangements. Winners are required to provide all necessary documents and follow the prize collection process, including fulfilling tax-related obligations, within the time period specified in the notification.2.
The lucky draw will take place on-site, and the winners must appear on stage to receive the prize and participate in a photograph. Failure to attend the event will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the organizer will select an alternate winner.3.
Winners must sign a prize acceptance declaration at the event in order to claim the prize. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.4.
By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in promotional activities such as interviews, photographs, audio or video recordings, or other forms of media documentation for marketing and public relations purposes. Should the winner refuse to participate, it will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.Terms and Conditions

This event is organized by Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. The purpose of the event is to improve the overall event experience and gather valuable feedback from participants.2.
Participation in this event constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as adherence to all related rules and regulations set forth by the organizer.3.
Upon notification by the organizer, the winner must provide all necessary documentation for prize collection and adhere to the prize redemption process within the specified timeframe. Details of the prize collection, including time and method, will be communicated by the organizer. Should the prize become unavailable due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the delivery schedule. Participants shall not raise any objections in such cases. If a winner fails to meet the eligibility requirements, provides incorrect or incomplete information, or misses the deadline for prize collection, the prize will be forfeited.4.
The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or any other item. Any additional costs (including taxes, fees, or other charges) will be the responsibility of the winner.5.
According to Taiwanese tax laws, for prizes valued at over NTD 1,000, winners residing in Taiwan must complete a tax form and provide an ID copy for tax reporting purposes. If the prize value exceeds NTD 20,000, a 10% tax will be withheld. If the winner is under 20 years old, the prize must be claimed by a parent or legal guardian, along with proof of the relationship.6.
According to Taiwanese tax laws, if a winner holds a Taiwan Resident Certificate but has resided in Taiwan for less than 183 days during the tax year, a 20% tax will be withheld, regardless of the prize value. Winners must provide all required documentation and complete tax obligations by the prize claim deadline before the prize can be awarded.7.
Employees of Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn), its affiliated companies, and related event staff are not eligible for the lucky draw.8.
The Grand Prize “LUXGEN n⁷ Pure (5 Seater)”, a product sold by Luxgen Motor Co., Ltd., is provided without any warranty, guarantee, or defect liability from the organizer. The organizer’s responsibility is limited to covering the cost of the prize. The organizer shall not be held liable for any deficiencies or claims arising from the use of the prize.9.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event rules and terms without notice. Any disputes or unresolved issues will be subject to the final interpretation and decision of the organizer.HHTD25
