*To thank our shareholders for their continued support, one FOXTRON CAVIRA electric vehicle will be offered as the Grand Prize, exclusively for eligible shareholders. In addition, First through Tenth Prizes will each include two prizes—one reserved for eligible shareholders and the other open to the general public. Shareholder eligibility will be based on the shareholder registry used for the 2026 cash dividend distribution.

Event Overview
Participants who complete and submit the satisfaction survey at HHTD26 Day 2 on October 31, 2026, will be eligible for one lucky draw entry. Each participant is limited to a single entry.
Eligibility

Participants attending HHTD26 on October 31, 2026, at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center (Hall 1) who complete the required missions and submit the HHTD26 Day 2 satisfaction survey will qualify for one lucky draw entry. Each participant is allowed only one entry, and the survey must be completed on-site and cannot be resubmitted in any way.•
Participants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for the draw.•
The eligibility to win and claim prizes is limited to individuals who are residents of the Republic of China (Taiwan).•
Designated prizes are exclusively available to Hon Hai shareholders. Shareholder eligibility will be determined based on the shareholder registry used for the 2026 dividend distribution.Winner Announcement
The lucky draw will take place on-site at 4:30 PM on October 31, 2026, and winners will be publicly announced at the HHTD26 venue (Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1, 4F).
Lucky Draw and Prize Collection Procedures

The lucky draw will take place on-site, and winners must appear on stage to receive their prizes and participate in a group photo. Failure to appear will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the organizer will draw alternate winners in sequence.2.
All matters related to the lucky draw, prize notification, and prize collection will be handled by the organizer. Winners must complete the prize collection process on-site by presenting a copy of their National ID (front and back), providing cash to cover the required tax amount, and signing the prize acceptance agreement, which includes authorization for the use of their likeness for publicity purposes. If a winner is unable to complete the prize collection process on the day of the event, they must visit Hon Hai (Foxconn) Neihu Office (No. 32, Jihu Rd., Neihu District, Taipei City) within three calendar days after the event to complete the procedure. Failure to do so within the specified timeframe will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize, and no objections will be accepted.3.
By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in promotional activities such as interviews, photography, audio or video recordings, or other forms of media documentation for marketing and public relations purposes. Should a winner refuse to participate, it will be considered a forfeiture of the prize.Terms and Conditions

This event is organized by Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. The purpose of the event is to enhance the overall event experience and collect valuable feedback from participants.2.
Participation in this event constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agreement to comply with all related rules and regulations set forth by the organizer.3.
Upon notification by the organizer, winners must provide all required documentation and complete the prize collection process within the specified timeframe. Details of the prize collection, including time and method, will be communicated by the organizer. Should the prize become unavailable due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the delivery schedule. No objections will be accepted. If a winner fails to meet the eligibility requirements, provides incorrect or incomplete information, or misses the deadline for prize collection, the prize will be forfeited.4.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with other items. Any additional costs (including taxes, fees, or other charges) are the sole responsibility of the winner.5.
In accordance with Taiwan tax laws, for prizes valued over NTD 1,000, winners residing in Taiwan must complete a tax form and provide a copy of their ID for tax reporting purposes. For prizes valued over NTD 20,000, a 10% tax will be withheld. If the winner is under 20 years of age, the prize must be claimed by a parent or legal guardian, along with proof of the relationship.6.
Non-Taiwan residents who have stayed in Taiwan for fewer than 183 days during the tax year are subject to a 20% tax withholding. All tax obligations must be fulfilled before the prize can be claimed.7.
Prizes are provided without any warranty, guarantee, or defect liability from the organizer. The organizer's responsibility is limited to covering the cost of the prizes. The organizer shall not be held liable for any deficiencies or claims arising from the use of the prizes.8.
The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any disputes or unresolved matters will be subject to the organizer's final interpretation and decision.HHTD26
